RSYS Northstar Upgrade: We are live!

We are excited to announce that our upgrade to Northstar Global is now live.

This software will replace our current systems in the Clubhouse, our back-office accounting platform and our Member database. We now have system solutions to support Functions and Events, Boatshed repairs and vessel storage, providing operational efficiencies across the Club. Our point-of-sale software has been upgraded, with staff working hard to continue delivering first-class service.

Northstar will become the hub for all transactions and activities at the Club.

As we adapt to our new system, we kindly ask for your patience with our staff, as the training process may temporarily impact task completion times.

Please note that our online booking system is temporarily unavailable as we move into the final stage of our software implementation. Please make all online bookings (Including Bridge, Dining and CCA reservations) through reception at [email protected] or by phoning 9955 7171.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you we are working diligently to deliver our new online booking system as quickly as possible.

In the coming weeks, you will notice several changes that will enhance your experience with the Club:
  1. Our new website will be available with brand new booking systems, an online retail store with convenient ordering and an upgraded Member Portal for accessing your data.
  2. A new Squadron app is also being developed with additional functionality for release soon.
  3. You will be able to view your current account balance and click on individual transactions for detailed order information on our new website and app.
  4. We are introducing online guest passes, eliminating the need to sign visitor books upon entry to the Club. These can be arranged in advance or upon arrival.
  5. You will be able to customize your communication preferences to receive information relevant to your areas of interest within the Club. Northstar also allows you to share more about yourself, such as allergies or your favourite coffee order, for personalized service.
  6. We have also refreshed all of the Club’s documentation to provide a consistent look and feel for official Club documents and communication. Refreshed communications will include booking confirmations, invoices, electronic letters and newsletters.
We are looking to incorporate aspects of Revsport into our new system, but SailSys will still be required as it cannot be integrated into Northstar.
