Our dedicated volunteer race management team plays a crucial role in supporting our sailing program at the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron.

They assist in various areas, including start/finish boat crews, course laying, safety/patrol boats, radio operators, results processing, on-water judging, arbitrators, protest committees, safety auditors, and major event supporters.
