The Barranjoey Pin is the Australian Sailing Team Alumni Program. It started in 2018 and is designed to acknowledge the legacy and history of Olympic and Paralympic class sailing in Australia, and recognise those athletes who have achieved the Australian Sailing Team standard since the Team's establishment in 2006.

Together Melanie, Fiona and Caroline achieved the following:

From July 2001 – July 2002 the team was 1st in the Olympic Yngling Class World Rankings, in July 2002 they ranked 2nd and in May 2003 they ranked 4th..

Fiona who lives in Singapore was not able to attend the presentation so her Pin was accepted by her daughter, also a RSYS Member, Zoe.
