Earlier this year, the Commodore wrote to Members to announce to creation of a new award, The Squadron Medal - an initiative aimed at recognising and honouring Members of the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron who have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments in sailing through excellence, distinction, and integrity.

This year's Squadron Medal recipients will be celebrated at a special inaugural dinner to be held on Friday 6 September. This evening promises to be a memorable occasion, where we will highlight and honour each recipient's outstanding sailing achievements.  

All Members are encouraged to attend, and guests are most welcome. Dress is jacket and tie.
