Our Youth Dinghy Sailing Program offers an exciting pathway for young sailors to build confidence, skills, and a lifelong love for the sport.
Green Fleet is the perfect introduction to those wishing to start racing, while the Optimist Intermediate and Open Fleet support sailors under 15 years old refine techniques and compete in regattas with confidence.
For those progressing to single-handers, the ILCA Fleet provides weekly training ILCA specific skills and race preparation.
The RS Feva program is for sailors with previous dinghy experience looking for a dynamic and fun team environment.
With our dedicated Australian Sailing coaches and a supportive community, our programs are designed to help every sailor reach their full potential.

Volunteers
Volunteers are the backbone of our Club, and we rely on their assistance when organising training sessions, race days and other events both on and off the water. We are extremely grateful for their support and are always looking for more helpers.
To support our parents in gaining onwater skills the RSYS Sailing Academy runs the Australian Sailing 'Start Powerboating', 'Powerboat Handling' and 'Safety Boat Operator' courses throughout the year.
