The LOTS Professional Network exists to connect, support, and empower RSYS members across all stages of their careers — from students and early professionals, to those seeking guidance on professional challenges in their current roles, through to members navigating career change or bringing deep experience and leadership.

Rooted in our club community, the network offers a welcoming and inclusive space where women can learn from one another, broaden perspectives, and build meaningful professional relationships — on and off the water.
