Bastille Day Dinner

Join us this Bastille Day for a French-inspired evening of bon goût, music and atmosphere.
For those arriving early, a special drinks trolley in the bar will offer a range of French apéritifs to enjoy before dinner, while a live accordion player helps set the mood. French wines will be served throughout the evening.
The menu will begin with French baguettes and table olives, followed by a set entrée of pissaladière with caramelised onion, confit fennel, anchovy and black olive.
For the main course, guests will share bouillabaisse with fisherman’s catch, fennel and rouille, alongside a rich cassoulet with confit duck, pork belly, Toulouse sausage, white beans and toasted brioche.
To finish, enjoy French cheese served with fig jam, fruits and Barossa bark - including Lingot D’Argental and Petit Comté - followed by a chocolate eclair.
A relaxed and celebratory evening with a touch of joie de vivre.
