Important notice on clubhouse re-opening

We are delighted to open our doors to welcome back Members and their guests to enjoy the bars and restaurants of the Squadron.

Our priority has to be the health and welfare of our Members, guests and staff at this time and we ask you to note and abide by our revised

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Please do not enter the Squadron by land or water if you or any member of your household:

• are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever);

• have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 (during the period of time in which the virus is contagious);

• are awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;

• reside with anyone who is awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;

• have returned from international travel and failed to observe the government requirement to quarantine for 14 days.

Member/Guest Declaration
• I have scanned-in using the Services NSW approved QR CODE.

• I am fully COVID-19 vaccinated and can provide the relevant documentation should it be required;
or
• I have a valid medical exemption from COVID-19 vaccination and can provide the relevant documentation should it be required;

• I am not, nor is anyone I live with or in close contact with, undergoing testing or awaiting results for the COVID-19 virus;

• I have not, nor has anyone I live with or am in close contact with, tested positive for the COVID-19 virus and have not been medically cleared as non-contagious;

• I do not have any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever);

• I have not visited any of the venues listed at www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/nsw-covid-19-case-locations, during the periods that NSW Health requires you to self-isolate and get tested immediately or monitor for symptoms;

• I will, at all times, maintain social distancing measures (as per the NSW Health guidelines) with respect to other Members, visitors and staff;

• I will carry a face mask with me and wear it, at all times when indoors on the club premises.
