Cooking classes

Hone your skills at one (or all) of our practical sessions with RSYS chefs. Our friendly classes will be held on six Mondays in May and June, from 10.30am – 12.00pm in the CCA

16 May    Know your cuts of meat & fish
23 May    When to use herbs & spices
30 May    Pasta making
6 June     BBQ, smoking & slow cooking
20 June   Introduction to Asian cooking

Cost: $30 per session, includes instruction, all ingredients and a glass of champagne.
No more than 20 per class. Do stay for lunch in the CCA afterwards.
