Cooking Class 4 - Slow Cooking

    

Hone your skills at one (or all) of our practical cookery sessions in the CCA with RSYS chefs.
Do make a lunch reservation and continue the conversation with other cooking enthusiasts!

Chef's top tips for dishes such as: Braised Pork Shoulder, Veal Osso Bucco, Beef Cheek Ragu, Nalli Gosht Lamb Shank Curry and Star Anise Braised Pork Hocks.

Cost: $30 per class, includes a glass of bubbly. 
There will be a maximum of 20 participants per session.
