Secrets of Bordeaux 

Our expert Oenophile is Daniel Airoldi of Airoldi Fine Wines. He is a native of Bordeaux and at this event he will share his insider's knowledge with you and reveal the lesser known and better value Chateaux. 

Daniel will review both the left and right banks, focussing on specific satellites of the bigger appellations. From the right bank he will review St-Emilion in depth, discussing Blaye, Lussac, Montagne and Pomerol. From the left bank: Pauillac, Pessac-Leognan and Margaux. He will also unveil a new Sauternes from Chateau Raymond-Lafon. What a treat!

Following the class, you may enjoy a themed two course set menu in the Carabella Room with tasting wines available at takeaway prices.
