Chablis Master Class

Expert wine importer Pierre Pommarede from DWS will guide you through the renowned Chablis region and supervise a tasting of Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chablis.

Following the class, enjoy a themed two course set menu in the Carabella Room:

Dill Cured Rainbow Trout, Crème Fraiche Dressing, Fennel & Apple Salad

Roasted Chicken Breast, Confit Leg, Cauliflower Cream, French Lentils, Spinach Leaves, Sauce Vert
