The Summer sailing season will end on the 5th April, but don’t put the boat on the slips just yet. The Winter season is about to commence.
The Winter series consists of 11 races from the 3rd May to 26th July with a combined clubs race with the SASC and RANSA on the 14th June.
Commencing at 1155 hrs on a Saturday this is a wonderful time to be racing. The summer crowds have gone, giving you an opportunity to practice your skills on a less crowded Harbour. The race finishes about 3pm after which the place getters will receive a prize. Both spinnaker & non-spinnaker boats are welcome. Entry forms are now available.
The Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron will include a Trophy Series for the increasingly popular Mumm 30 One Design keelboat class as part of its upcoming 2007-2008 spring/summer racing calendar on Sydney Harbour.
